View our studio policies on arriving late, cancelling your appointment and no-call no shows below. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time, without notice.
Late Policy
We understand that life happens sometimes and you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment on time. If for any reason, you are running more than 15 minutes late, please call the shop at 610-440-2627 or call your stylist. The stylist will make a decision whether to reduce your appointment time or reschedule your appointment for another date.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally, schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request a 48-hour notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment in order to avoid a fee. If you cancel within a 48-hour window of your appointment, the fee will be collected at the time of your next booking. If this is a continuous issue, the stylist will require a 50% deposit on all future appointments.
No-Call No-Show Policy
If you do not contact the studio or your stylist to cancel/reschedule an appointment and do not show up on the scheduled time and date, we will require 50% of your service to rebook. The stylist has the right to decline booking future appointments.
